VerifiedBooking a pickup by phone works today. Call (279) 237-7492, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, except holidays. Nothing is booked until our team confirms the day.

Not yet checked on the live siteThe online request form (Request a pickup) and the status page (Request status) are built. They have not yet been checked on the live site. No email or text message is sent: your status link is your only record.

Browser check partialOur team handles requests on a staff desk, in English only. Its browser check is partial. Suggesting a day and the requester accepting it, with the desk then showing it confirmed, passed on phone and desktop. Confirm, decline and cancel with a reason passed on desktop. The desk's roles were also checked in a browser on phone and desktop.

Built, not yet checked on the live site

PlannedSign-in and booking: coming soon. Signed-in booking: a customer screen, Your pickups, where a linked customer books a pickup with name, address and ZIP filled in, sees their requests and can accept a suggested time, decline it or cancel. The email on file cannot be edited there. In a browser check, signing in, booking, the list and signing out passed on phone and desktop, in the light and the dark theme. Accepting or declining a suggested time, cancelling and the Spanish screen have not yet been seen in a browser.

Browser check partialOur team has a staff panel for linking customer accounts to a business. It is built, and it was used in a browser on desktop and phone: a staff member linked a customer account to a business with a reason, then removed the link. Staff screens are in English only.

Browser check partialOur team's staff app has an Admin role, and the Owner and Admin manage the list of business categories. Those category actions were checked in a browser; some cases, Spanish among them, are still to be checked.
