How to read this page
Every term below is copied from the product's own text at build time, by key, so what you read here is exactly what the screen shows. The English and Spanish columns are the two languages of the same screen. Spanish pages address you as usted.
The status of a request
A request has one status at a time. The status page (Request status) shows the sentence for the current status; day and time window are filled in where the sentence has them.

The signed-in customer screen
PlannedSign-in and booking: coming soon. These words belong to the signed-in customer screen. It is built and connected to the booking service. In a browser check, signing in, booking, the list and signing out passed on this screen on phone and desktop. The screen follows the light and the dark theme, and needs no sideways scrolling on a narrow phone. The full browser check is still pending. The words are listed so the vocabulary is fixed before anyone describes the screen.

LaterKeys that start with cp.edit belong to editing a request after it is sent, which is later. They are not listed.
Staff role names
Staff guides name four desk roles. Customers do not have any of these roles; this list is here so the English and Spanish names match wherever they appear.
